Plans are to be reviewed for a 21-story apartment complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 5185 Lafayette Street site in Santa Clara, a site that is part of the Tasman East master plan. The transit-oriented development will create almost 200 units near the light rail and Capitol Corridor train station, as well as about 3,000 square feet of retail space and a 310-car garage. This complex is part of the larger Tasman East development, which will create about 4,500 new units across 11 projects.
