Construction has topped out for a life sciences development at 1699 Old Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Part of The Landing, a multi-building life sciences campus at the site, this structure is the first to be delivered. Along with this building, there will be another life sciences building and a parking garage, totaling about 476,000 square feet of laboratory space and 6,400 square feet of retail space. The garage will contain 875 spaces for cars, and the campus’ amenities include a fitness center, conferencing area, café, and flexible work areas.
