Plans are to be reviewed for a nine-story, 94-unit development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1401 Folsom Street in San Francisco. Of the 94 units, 13 will be affordable, allowing the development to utilize the State Density Bonus program. Furthermore, the complex will contain 1,900 square feet of retail space, as well as on-site parking for bicycles and a shared backyard for residents.
