The demolition process has begun for the existing buildings at 665 and 883 Sebastopol Road in Santa Rosa, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. When the existing buildings are demolished, a new affordable housing development called Casa Roseland will be built on the land. The four-story Casa Roseland will contain 75 affordable units, all of which will be designated for households earning 30-60% of the area median income. Amenities at the complex will include homework help, literacy development, computer training, a fitness center, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles, as well as abundant landscaped open space.
