Plans for a five-story, 120-unit development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 477 9^th Avenue site in San Mateo are scheduled for review. Along with 120 apartments, the mixed-use development will create nearly 42,000 square feet of office space. Moreover, 12 of the 120 units will be affordable for very low-income households, allowing the project to utilize the State Density Bonus program. Amenities include on-site parking for cars and bicycles, as well as a podium-top courtyard and a new pocket park adjacent to the development.
