Rockridge Geotechnical’s 3905 Freedom Circle site in Santa Clara, which previously secured approval for a multi-phase mixed-use development, has been sold to a new owner. Although construction is yet to start, this development would contain 1,075 units of housing across three buildings, retail space, and a two-acre public park. Each of the three residential buildings would offer a club room, fitness center, co-working lounge, and pool decks.
