The first application details a potential capacity of 519 multifamily units while the second application proposes a capacity of 1,233 units, and both applications were filed under Senate Bill 330. The housing would replace an old Fry’s Electronics store on-site, which has a unique Mayan-based entryway; it is unclear if the entryway will be incorporated into the new housing development.
