New permits have been submitted for a 351-unit residential complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 8373 Bruceville Road site in Sacramento. The development, called Bruceville Apartments, will consist of 11 three-story apartment buildings as well as amenities, such as a clubhouse and pool deck.
