A six-story, 100% affordable housing project for the Berkeley Adult School has been proposed at 1701 San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The 110 affordable units will be prioritized for employees of the Berkeley Unified School District and their families. Amenities include on-site parking, resident center with kitchen, and outdoor courtyard.
