New building permits were issued for the affordable housing complex at 249 Pennsylvania Avenue, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development would create 127 affordable units, as well as parking for bicycles. Moreover, the project includes the creation of a garden that would sit adjacent to the residential structure.
