New permits were filed for three apartment complexes at Rockridge Geotechnical’s Balboa Reservoir site in San Francisco. According to these permits, 243 market-rate units will be constructed at 198 Wisteria Lane, while a five-story mixed-use structure with 174 units will be constructed at 170 Meyer Lane. Moreover, a 164-unit apartment complex will be constructed at Block G. Overall, the multiphase development plans to create approximately 1,100 residential units surrounding a four-acre park.
