Updated plans were submitted for the Laurel Landing residential project at 335-355 Pierce Road in Menlo Park, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development will consist of eight townhouse-style units, all of which will be affordable, across two three-story structures. Moreover, each unit will have its own single-car garage.
