Preliminary plans were published for a four-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 3812 18^th Street site in San Francisco. The complex will contain two residential units and a two-car garage. Residents will be within walking distance of the San Francisco Muni’s light rail J Line and F Line.
