Plans were approved for an eight-story, 128-unit apartment complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 668 East Third Avenue in San Mateo. The project will replace an existing strip mall, and of the 128 units, 20 will be affordable. Nearly 6,000 square feet will be allocated to residential amenities, and on-site parking will be included for cars and bicycles.
