Permits were filed for the seven-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 173 Shipley Street in San Francisco. The complex will contain 13 apartments, along with a parking garage for cars and bicycles. Moreover, one of the 13 units will be allocated to a very low-income household.
