A CEQA Exemption was granted for the nine-building, four-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 700 West Hamilton Avenue site in Campbell. The project will create 173 new residential units, 84 of which will be affordable, along with surface and garage parking for 224 cars. The complex will also feature amenities such as a community playground, private patios, and an open courtyard with seating.
