A grand opening ceremony was held for the eight-story Kelsey Civic Center affordable housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 240 Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco. The complex will contain 112 affordable units, 28 of which will be allocated to residents with disabilities, as well as amenities like a Disability Cultural Center, community rooms, a rooftop garden, a pet area, and on-site parking for bicycles.
