Plans are set to be reviewed for the seven-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 6200 Bollinger Canyon Road site at Bishop Ranch in San Ramon. The complex will create 456 new residential units, 86 of which will be affordable. On-site parking for cars and bicycles will also be included in a seven-level garage. The complex is part of Sunset Development’s 4,500-unit CityWalk masterplan at Bishop Ranch.
