Construction is nearly complete for the five-story Potrero Block B affordable housing complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1801 25^th Street site in San Francisco. The development will consist of 157 affordable units, the majority of which will be dedicated to existing Potrero Public Housing residents. Overall, Block B will be comprised of two five-story buildings, and along with residential units, those buildings will contain a childcare facility, community room, teen center, small public park, and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
