Construction has begun for a six-story, 145-unit affordable housing complex at 1633 Valencia Street in San Francisco, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. All the building’s units will be affordable, targeting seniors experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Residential amenities will include a community room, on-site property management, supportive service suites, and parking for bicycles.
