New renderings have been released for the eight-story, 52-unit residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2587 Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley. Of the 52 units, six will be designated as affordable to very low-income households. The building will also include around 2,900 square feet of retail space and amenities such as study pods, a fitness center, and a yoga studio. On-site parking will be included for bicycles.
