A seven-story, 118-unit residential project has been proposed at 380 North First Street in San Jose, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. Of the 118 units, 18 will be affordable, and on-site parking will be included for 74 vehicles. For this complex to go up, a 12,000-square-foot Candidate City Landmark building must be demolished.
