Approval has been given for the 27-story residential development at 2128 Oxford Street in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The project looks to create 456 larger apartments targeted at UC Berkeley students, along with over 14,000 square feet of retail space and on-site parking. Of the 456 units, 40 will be designated as affordable for low-income and extremely low-income households.
