Renderings have been released for a 30-story tower at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 910 Marshall Street in Redwood City. The mixed-use development would create a senior residential care facility with over 300 units of housing, along with retail space and on-site parking. Amenities for residents will include a bistro, café, community event space, wellness center, and theater.
