Permits were filed for a six-story affordable senior housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1223 33^rd Avenue in Oakland. The development, which will create between 63 and 65 units, hopes to be all-electric with the goal of attaining a Greenpoint certification. The complex will also include a community room, on-site parking, and other residential amenities.
