Permits were issued for an eight-building townhome development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 4035 Park Boulevard site in Oakland. Each of these homes will be three stories, offering private open spaces along with communal open space and an eight-car surface parking lot. Of the eight townhomes, the largest home will be designated as affordable.
