Plans have been submitted for a new eight-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 104 Constitution Drive in Menlo Park. The complex will contain 140 apartments across roughly 151,000 square feet, and the application uses the builder’s remedy, allowing the project to be streamlined. Because the builder’s remedy is being invoked, at least 20% of the complex will have to be affordable.
