Updated plans were filed for the now-eleven-story development at 344 14th Street in San Francisco, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. This new design will also add over 100 units to the development, which is now planned for 164 residential units and 4,400 square feet of retail space. 26 of the 164 units will be designated as affordable, allowing the project to utilize the State Density Bonus program. Amenities at the complex will include two outdoor decks, a ground-level courtyard, and on-site bicycle parking.
