New plans were filed for a three-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 5527 Vicente Way in Oakland. Each of the complex’s 14 units will be available for ownership, and one of these units will be designated as affordable, allowing the project to utilize the State Density Bonus program. The complex will include on-site parking for bicycles and cars, and it is within walking distance of Rockridge BART, as well as retail hubs centered at College Avenue, Telegraph Avenue, and Shattuck Avenue.
