Plans for a mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1154 and 1170 Sonora Court site in Sunnyvale are scheduled for review. The two-building complex would create nearly 300 residential units, as well as office space, across from Caltrain’s Lawrence Station. Both structures will feature sidewalk planters and fourth-floor podium-top decks, and office employees will have access to terraces on the third floor of both buildings, as well as two ground-level office gardens.
