Preliminary plans were submitted for a 110-unit townhome-style residential complex at 90 East Tasman Drive in San Jose, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. This complex would add affordable housing, allowing it to use Senate Bill 330 to increase its density, and it would replace low-slung offices currently on-site.
