Updated renderings have been released for the proposed mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2201 Market Street in San Francisco. The eight-story development will feature 20 units of housing, three of which will be affordable, above a Starbucks Coffee and a second retail space that is currently unleased. Bicycle parking will be included on-site, and these new renderings show how the building’s façade will look upon completion.
