Shirley Chisholm Village, a 134-unit housing development dedicated for teachers, will likely be completed during the 2024 school year at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1360 43^rd Avenue site in San Francisco. The project, which was delayed extensively before finally being constructed, has helped inspire the city to allocate $32 million in funding to create two other educator housing developments at 2205 Mission Street and 750 Golden Gate Avenue.
