A four-story, 110-unit development designed to house teachers and staff from Santa Clara County and San Mateo County schools has been approved for construction at 231 Grant Avenue in Palo Alto, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. School districts can buy access to units, allowing employees from the district to rent the units at a below-market rate. The development also includes amenities, such as a lounge and activity room, and 1,200 square feet of space that can be used as commercial space.
