Building permits have been submitted for the 76-unit mixed-use development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 3050 International Boulevard in Oakland. Of the 76 units, 75 will be affordable, with the manager’s unit being market-rate. Moreover, there will be an on-site facility for the Native American Health and Cultural Center (NAHC), which will include a behavioral health and dental clinic, a community and cultural center, and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) services.
