Plans are being reviewed at the Santa Clara Development Review Hearing for an affordable housing complex with 15 condominiums at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 3575 De La Cruz Boulevard site in Santa Clara. The Habitat for Humanity-sponsored project will have units ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom townhomes, and on-site parking will be available for residents.
