The Final Development Plan has been released for Parcels A and B at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at the Emeryville Public Market. This plan consists of a 160-foot tower that contains over 720,000 square feet, with over 432,000 square feet being used for office space. Over 5,000 square feet will be used for the pavilion, and a 707-car, six-story garage will be used for on-site parking. The Emeryville Planning Commission will review the plan on October 27.
