Nearly $581 million in funding has been secured by IQHQ to construct Elco Yards, a multi-building office and life sciences campus at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site in Redwood City. Elco Yards will be adjacent to another IQHQ project along the Caltrain corridor, with this project creating 540 units of housing near the 600,000-square-foot Elco Yards. The first of the four Elco Yards buildings is expected to be completed in late 2024.
