Exterior work is nearing completion for the eight-story residential development at 950 West Julian Street in San Jose, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The complex, which will be dubbed the View at Julian Apartments, is located in The Alameda, one of San Jose’s historic districts. The building will include 300 units, 297 of which will be affordable, along with on-site parking and space for amenities.
