Construction is ongoing for the 23-story Bancroft-Fulton student housing development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2200 Bancroft Way in Berkeley. The tower will create 1,625 new beds along with residential amenities, which will include a two-story dining facility, social and study lounges, a fitness center, and a central courtyard. Once complete, this student housing complex will be the tallest building in Berkeley.
