The seven-story Valiant student housing development recently opened at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2538 Durant Avenue in Berkeley. The complex will yield 265 beds for UC Berkeley students across 83 rooms, with five of these rooms designated as affordable, along with ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include co-working spaces, a fitness center, and a rooftop deck.
