Rockridge Geotechnical’s 400 Divisadero Street site in San Francisco will likely gain a new development sponsor to help push the eight-story residential complex through the construction process. The number of proposed units has increased from 184 to 203, 20 of which are set to be affordable. The building will also contain 1,850 square feet of ground-floor retail space and a 24-stall on-site parking garage. Amenities will include a fitness center, lounge, central courtyard, and rooftop terrace.
