A groundbreaking was recently held for the four-story affordable housing complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 700 East Saint John Street site in San Jose. Of the development’s 68 units, 20 will be reserved as permanent supportive housing for seniors exiting homelessness, while the remaining 48 units will be allocated to households earning up to 60% of the area median income. Residential amenities will include a kitchen, food pantry, on-site laundry, and recreation spaces on each floor.
