The Berkeley Zoning Adjustment Board will review plans for the seven-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 2298 Durant Avenue in Berkeley. The complex will contain 45 apartments, two of which will be affordable, and residents will be within walking distance of the Downtown Berkeley BART Station.
