Plans were approved for the eight-story residential development at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1215 Bordeaux Drive in Sunnyvale. The 265-unit apartment building, which will also contain a two-story garage, is part of the Moffett Park Specific Plan. Moreover, the complex will include 40 affordable units, as well as amenities such as courtyards and community rooms.
