Plans are scheduled to be reviewed for the seven-story apartment building at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 1275 South California Street site in Walnut Creek. Of the complex’s 172 units, 26 will be affordable. Moreover, the development will contain a 204-car residential garage, as well as amenities such as a pool deck and clubroom. The building will replace an existing miniature golf course and bar.
