Plans were filed for the six-story residential complex at 2201 San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The development hopes to create 60 new apartments, along with a 34-car garage. Of the 60 units, six will be affordable, and residents will be within walking distance of the Berkeley Amtrak Station and North Berkeley BART Station.
