Demolition permits were requested for the existing two-story apartment building at Rockridge Geotechnical’s 2435 Haste Street site in Berkeley, clearing the way for an eight-story residential infill. This new complex will contain 37 units, eight of which will be affordable, as well as parking for 31 bicycles. Amenities will include an open-air rooftop deck.
