Plans are moving forward for an 11-story, 283-unit affordable housing development at 1523 Harrison Street in Oakland, one of Rockridge Geotechnical’s sites. The project will utilize mass timber construction, an economical construction method meant to lower project costs. The complex is set to break ground later this year.
