Plans were approved for a seven-story, 172-unit affordable housing complex at Rockridge Geotechnical’s site at 1171 Sonora Court in Sunnyvale. The development, which will be constructed across the street from the Lawrence Caltrain Station, will contain amenities such as a courtyard with a children’s play area and on-site parking for cars and bicycles.
